In 2025, our partnership with Stefano Mocciola served as the vital introduction of pickleball to over 500 Thai and international students. This initial phase was about more than just the game; it proved that introducing sport to schools is a powerful catalyst for social connection. We don't stop at teaching the rules, we use the game to champion the leadership and confidence women and girls need to claim their rights.

In 2026, we are doubling our reach. Following our successful introduction of the sport, we are now scaling to train over 1,000 students and women. Through the Standout Sisters Initiative, we are shifting from introduction to impact, built on three pillars:

• Safety as a Standard: We don't just advocate for safety; we have built the prototype. BYC Pickleball & More in Chiang Mai, Thailand serves as our primary model and operational template for nationwide deployment. Every facility we support is designed based on this proven environment to ensure consistency in safety, privacy, and inclusion.

• Health as a Right: We bridge the gap between physical fitness and reproductive autonomy. By delivering vital health resources and education, we foster a generation of leaders who are as informed about their bodies as they are active on the court.

• Economic Agency: We transform athletic discipline into financial independence. Our programs cultivate the high-level leadership mindset required for women to command their economic futures and drive professional success.
