Through the Standout Sisters Initiative, we are applying for the Standout Pickleball Growth Program to turn the court into a platform for leadership and equality.

The Standout Sisters Initiative: 2026 Vision
In 2025, we partnered with Stefano Mocciola to bring pickleball to over 500 Thai students, proving that sport is a powerful catalyst for change. We don't just teach the game; we champion the leadership and confidence girls need to claim their rights.
In 2026, we are doubling our reach. Our mission is to train over 1,000 students and women, with a specific focus on empowering the female community through the Standout Sisters Initiative. Our work is built on three non-negotiable pillars:
Safety: Creating athletic spaces that actively stand against gender-based violence.
Health: Providing the agency and education women need to manage their reproductive health.
Opportunity: Turning court-side leadership into real-world economic independence.

This strategic vision is steered by Assistant Professor Rachada Dangchamroon, founder and co-owner of BYC Sports & More Co., Ltd. (Standout Pickleball Thailand). She integrates decades of dedicated experience in women’s advocacy with her background in elite sports. Under her leadership, we secure alliances with global players, ensuring that the Standout Sisters Initiative remains both highly innovative and scalable for every woman we reach.

By generating international attention and securing strategic resources, we ensure that the progress we make in Thailand contributes to a larger, global movement for women's rights.

Training 1,000 women and students in 2026 is more than a goal, it is a bold commitment to solving gender inequity through action. We know that ambitious challenges require a powerful, unified coalition. Our mission thrives on deep, cross-sector collaboration between grassroots women’s organizations, corporate partners, educational foundations, and government agencies.
Since 2025, our implementing partners have helped us transform the lives of over 500 students and women across Thailand. In 2026, the Standout Sisters Initiative will scale this footprint nationwide. We prioritize high-need regions where sport can catalyze the greatest change: from the urban hubs of Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Chonburi, Phuket, and Hua Hin, to the critical margins of migrant communities and refugee centers.
By bringing pickleball to these underserved areas, we ensure that the right to play and the path to leadership belong to every woman, regardless of her circumstances. We aren't just building a program; we are building a network of resilience that stretches across every border.
