As the official distributor of Standout Pickleball in Thailand, we are uniquely positioned to grow the sport while advancing social justice. Through the Standout Sisters Initiative, we are applying for the Standout Pickleball Growth Program to turn the court into a platform for leadership and equality.
The Standout Sisters Initiative: 2026 Vision
In 2025, we partnered with Stefano Mocciola to bring pickleball to over 500 Thai students, proving that sport is a powerful catalyst for change. We don't just teach the game; we champion the leadership and confidence girls need to claim their rights.
In 2026, we are doubling our reach. Our mission is to train over 1,000 students and women, with a specific focus on empowering the female community through the Standout Sisters Initiative. Our work is built on three non-negotiable pillars:
Safety: Creating athletic spaces that actively stand against gender-based violence.
Health: Providing the agency and education women need to manage their reproductive health.
Opportunity: Turning court-side leadership into real-world economic independence.
The Standout Sisters Initiative is guided by a clear set of principles. These fundamental beliefs unite our team and our community as we work toward a common goal: empowering 1,000 women and students across Thailand in 2026.
Women and children are our purpose: Every program we design starts with the needs, safety, and growth of girls and women.
Sport is our power: We use the pickleball court as a high-energy classroom to build resilience and leadership.
Innovation is our edge: By providing world-class Standout equipment and modern coaching, we remove the barriers to entry.
Collaboration is our strength: We partner with grassroots leaders and organizations to create a sustainable, nationwide movement.
Change is our promise: We don’t just play the game; we commit to transforming the social and economic landscape for women in Thailand.
The Standout Sisters Initiative bridges the gap between global movements in sport, social development, and women’s rights. We don't just provide equipment; we execute a sophisticated strategy to ensure every girl in Thailand has the opportunity to lead.
We build deep, resilient partnerships with local grassroots organizations by prioritizing respect and cultural understanding. We do not just enter a community; we listen to it. Our contribution goes beyond surface-level support—we actively elevate the organizational capacity and program quality of our partners to ensure they thrive long after we leave.
This strategic vision is steered by Assistant Professor Rachada Dangchamroon, founder and co-owner of BYC Sports & More Co., Ltd. (Standout Pickleball Thailand). She integrates decades of dedicated experience in women’s advocacy with her background in elite sports. Under her leadership, we secure alliances with global players, ensuring that the Standout Sisters Initiative remains both highly innovative and scalable for every woman we reach.
We design sports programs that solve real-world problems. By collaborating with partners to gain deep insights into the intersection of gender and athletics, we create fresh concepts that meet the emerging needs of women and girls. We use the pickleball court as a laboratory for social change.
We influence industry leaders to recognize sport as a primary lever for a more equitable society. As front-runners in the fields of gender equality and development, we generate the energy, resources, and global attention necessary to put Thai girls on the world stage.
We don't just advocate for sport; we influence entire sectors to recognize athletics as a primary lever for building more equitable societies. As front-runners in the intersection of gender equality, social development, and elite sport, we lead the global dialogue to mobilize the ideas, energy, and resources necessary to put girls on a level playing field.
The Standout Sisters Initiative serves as a bridge between the court and the boardroom. We challenge traditional perspectives by proving that a paddle in a girl's hand is a tool for autonomy and leadership. By generating international attention and securing strategic resources, we ensure that the progress we make in Thailand contributes to a larger, global movement for women's rights.
We aren't just part of the conversation, we are setting the agenda for how sport can dismantle systemic barriers for the next generation.
Training 1,000 women and students in 2026 is more than a goal, it is a bold commitment to solving gender inequity through action. We know that ambitious challenges require a powerful, unified coalition. Our mission thrives on deep, cross-sector collaboration between grassroots women’s organizations, corporate partners, educational foundations, and government agencies.
Since 2025, our implementing partners have helped us transform the lives of over 500 students and women across Thailand. In 2026, the Standout Sisters Initiative will scale this footprint nationwide. We prioritize high-need regions where sport can catalyze the greatest change: from the urban hubs of Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Chonburi, Phuket, and Hua Hin, to the critical margins of migrant communities and refugee centers.
By bringing pickleball to these underserved areas, we ensure that the right to play and the path to leadership belong to every woman, regardless of her circumstances. We aren't just building a program; we are building a network of resilience that stretches across every border.
