Discover the “Pet of the Week” at BYC Pickleball & More
Do you believe that a community should do more than just gather — that it should give back, inspire joy, and open hearts?
We do too.
At BYC Pickleball & More, we believe that community isn't just about playing games — it's about playing a role in something bigger. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our “Pet of the Week” campaign — a heartwarming new way to connect, care, and create impact, one furry friend at a time.
Mat is a 9-year-old male dog who is safe, healing, and eager to experience the love he has always deserved. Let's work together to find him a forever home where he will never be overlooked again.
Polar is a friendly, 3-4 year old female cat seeking a peaceful home with indoor and safe outdoor access. She's friendly, affectionate, and loves high perches.
Our “Pet of the Week” is more than a feature — they’re family.
Each week, we introduce a rescue animal in need of a loving home, sharing their story and giving them a chance to connect with our community. We're in the planning stages of monthly community events to support fundraising and explore more ways — like pet meet-and-greets — to bring these stories to life.

At BYC Pickleball & More, we believe in building more than just great places for racket sports. We're deeply committed to the Chiang Mai community, and that extends to our furry, scaly, and feathered friends too.
Our new initiative brings animal welfare programs right into the heart of BYC. The idea is to cultivate a deeper sense of community and well-being among our members.
Think of this as your go-to spot to connect with other animal owners and lovers in Chiang Mai. It’s a place to talk about, well, anything relevant to pets — dogs, cats, birds, maybe even reptiles or fish. We can share information on pet stores, vets, local parks, upcoming events, things like that.
But here’s something super important: We absolutely do NOT support the selling or breeding of pets for money. There are just so many animals here in Chiang Mai who already need a loving home. We really want to focus on that.
If you ever find a sick, injured, or distressed animal and you’re not sure what to do next, don't worry. You can find information here on how to contact organizations that can help. And hey, if you have some free time, consider volunteering. It can be something as simple as walking dogs at a shelter. Just getting them out for a bit can make a huge difference in their day.
For our members, we really aim to make your experience at BYC even better. We want to give you unique ways to engage with the community and offer pathways where you can contribute in truly meaningful ways. I think fostering that deeper sense of belonging, those common values, it just makes our BYC family stronger.
