In sports, women and girls face systemic barriers. Every. Single. Day.
We are here to change that.
We are here to change that.
From systemic exclusion to deep-seated cultural stigmas. Day. After. Day. Through the Standout Sisters Initiative and BYC Pickleball & More, we are here to change that.
True gender inclusion is more than a headcount; it requires a radical re-thinking of how sport is organized and delivered. By leveraging our infrastructure in Chiang Mai as a proven blueprint, we create secure, welcoming sanctuaries where women don’t just play—they lead.
We are dismantling the barriers to equity, safety, and economic resilience. We aren’t just teaching a game; we are building a nationwide network of resilience that proves the right to play is the right to lead.
We don’t just put paddles in hands—we build the future.
Our goal is to empower women and students from marginalized groups, mostly from Myanmar, in Thailand by offering them sports education . At BYC and BEAM, we believe true inclusion requires re-thinking the architecture of sport—transforming it from a luxury into a lever for social and economic resilience.
To break systemic barriers, a girl needs a toolkit for life, not just a paddle. Our curriculum integrates world-class sports with three essential pillars:
Physical Safety: Combining sport with self-defense to ensure security both on and off the court.
Health Agency: Providing reproductive health education and body autonomy to foster informed leadership.
Mental Resilience: Training in psychological well-being to cultivate the grit needed to navigate high-pressure environments.
We are building more than a sports program; we are creating safe, welcoming sanctuaries where the most vulnerable can reclaim their power and build a future of gender justice.
